Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. There are no shipping charges added at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT are processed the following business day. Processing (handling) takes 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Times
After processing, transit takes 3 to 16 business days, Monday to Friday, depending on your location.
Total estimated delivery time: 4 to 18 business days from the moment your order is placed (1–2 business days handling plus 3–16 business days transit).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Every order is shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you can follow it using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, or through the "Track Your Order" section on our website.
Duties and Import Taxes
