Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. There are no shipping charges added at checkout.
Where Your Order Ships From
Beckett & Rose is run from the Netherlands. Your order is fulfilled by our fulfilment partner and shipped from its international warehouse in Asia directly to your address in the United States. Every parcel is tracked from dispatch to delivery.
Order Processing
Processing (handling) takes 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and public holidays, start processing on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Times
After processing, transit takes 3 to 16 business days, Monday to Friday, depending on your location.
Total estimated delivery time: 4 to 18 business days from the moment your order is placed (1–2 business days handling plus 3–16 business days transit).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Every order is shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you can follow it using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, or through the "Track Your Order" section on our website.
Duties and Import Taxes
Orders to the United States are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Any import duties and customs fees are covered by us and included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@beckett-rose.com and we will do our best to help before the order ships.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@beckett-rose.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Not the right fit? You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition with tags attached.
Email us first at support@beckett-rose.com with your order number; we reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. Returns go to our fulfilment partner's returns warehouse in Asia and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (typically around USD 30–40 with a tracked service).
